Prof. Hlati has also helped the community through the following: He has adopted 15 children from Lawrance Hasani Primary School and 5 children from Khupuka Secondary School. He has donated 10 toilets at Dambalwasha Primary School in Shayandima. He also helped some of the needy families to bury their loved.

Prof. Hlati has surgeries in Gauteng, Limpopo, Free State, North West and one in Mozambique and he currently has employed 49 people in his business. Over the past year he was appointed as the Provincial Coordinator of Traditional Healers of Limpopo. He is currently the President of Limpopo Unified Traditional Health Practitioners
Association (LUTHPA).
